Project details
Spice Road (سبايس رود) is a premium e-commerce brand selling freeze-dried fruit, nuts and spices through Salla. I built and produced its Instagram content system end to end.
The foundation was a 30-day content plan mapped in Notion — every post defined by format, product focus, concept, visual direction and Arabic caption, scheduled on a Sunday–Thursday cadence to match the Saudi work week. The same plan fed Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat, so one production cycle covered three channels with format-appropriate cuts.
On the visual side I produced product and lifestyle imagery through an AI-first pipeline: clean packshots, texture-forward close-ups showing the crystalline structure and colour freeze-drying preserves, spice flat-lays, and in-use scenes placing the products in real snacking and cooking moments. A locked house look — consistent backdrop, lighting direction and camera angle — kept the grid coherent across dozens of SKUs, which matters for an e-commerce brand where the feed doubles as a catalogue.
I also kept the plan tied to live inventory, pulling out-of-stock lines out of the concepts before production rather than after, so nothing shipped that pointed customers at a product they couldn't buy. All captions were written in white Saudi dialect (اللهجة السعودية البيضاء) with a consistent brand voice, and copy was built to drive traffic to the Salla store.
Deliverables: 30-day multi-channel content calendar, product and lifestyle image sets, and a full Arabic caption library.
