The goal was to create a smooth, modern, and efficient experience that helps users apply for jobs, track applications, and manage recruitment tasks easily.
I started by researching common pain points in existing job platforms to identify what users found frustrating or confusing.
Then, I designed user flows and wireframes to create a clear and simple navigation structure.
