Royal Prime — Sales & Delivery Synchronization App Royal Prime is a business-focused mobile app designed to streamline sales and delivery operations for grocery store partners. The app empowers the sales team to execute sales transactions and then immediately fulfill deliveries—all in one workflow. It also gives real-time inventory access, enabling sales reps to show accurate product availability to clients and avoid mis-promises. Key features include efficient route planning (for multiple deliveries), flexible delivery time slots to match store preferences, and integrated communication tools to keep partners updated on order status. I contributed to this project by implementing the sales-to-delivery synchronisation, real-time inventory access, efficient routing, and ensuring a stable, user-friendly experience for both sales reps and store partners.
