Nesma Abd Albary is the translator , content writer, proposal writer and coordinating project of Youth Vision Society (YVS), Palestine; a non-profit organisation that empowers Youths, women & Children through developmental programs, skills training and support. As a Youth & Gender equality Advocate, she encourages leadership and 21st century skills for Women & Youths. Through her organisation, she has trained & mentored over 500 women & Youths, also providing them with Psycho-social support.
