What is the difference between the three packages?
National Day Ready focuses on content, designs and video.
Service Businesses adds Google Ads and social media ad management for one month.
Online Stores also adds storefront setup and Salla or Zid banners.
How long does delivery take?
National Day Ready: 3–4 business days.
The Services and Stores packages have their content ready within 7 business days, with campaign management for one month.
Who delivers the package?
Delivery is handled by agencies accredited by Hurr, under the supervision of the Hurr team from kickoff to handover.
Do prices include the platform commission and VAT?
No. Package prices exclude the 8% platform commission, which is added at checkout. VAT applies to the commission only, not to the package total.
Example: a 1,950 SAR package → 156 SAR commission + 23.40 SAR VAT on the commission = 2,129.40 SAR.
Is the ad budget included?
No. Paid ad spend is separate from the package price.
Is photography included?
No. Photography is not included in any of the three packages.
Is ad management in every package?
No. Only in the Services and Stores packages.
Is video in every package?
Yes, all packages include video, but the type and length differ by package.
Do the packages include scriptwriting?
The Services and Stores packages include 2 ad scripts. National Day Ready includes captions, hashtags and the posting plan.
