UGC videos are edited and delivered within 24 hours after filming. Half-day photography and video coverage is edited and delivered within 48 hours.
What is included in the half-day package?
The half-day package includes 4 hours of photo and video coverage inside the event for your booth, meetings, activations and key moments, with selected content edited and delivered within 48 hours.
What is the difference between the UGC packages?
The main difference is the number of videos: 1 video for SAR 500, 2 videos for SAR 900, or 3 videos for SAR 1,250. Each video is filmed vertically and edited for social media use.
Can I choose a specific UGC creator?
This depends on creator availability on your selected filming day. Hurr can share available creator options and coordinate the best fit for your brand.
Can I see UGC portfolio samples?
Yes. Portfolio samples vary by creator, so relevant samples from the proposed creator can be shared during coordination before filming when available.
Is scriptwriting included with UGC packages?
A simple concept and content direction can be coordinated before filming. If you have key talking points, a specific message or an offer, share them in advance so they can be incorporated.
Is filming limited to the booth?
The primary focus is your LEAP booth. Additional footage may be captured in permitted areas of the venue when it fits the content concept and filming schedule.
Can UGC feature a product or explain a service?
Yes. UGC can feature a product experience, service explanation, booth visit, event invitation, quick reaction, or another social-first concept.
Are editing revisions available?
A minor editing revision can be accommodated within the filmed material, as long as it does not require re-filming or changing the agreed concept after production.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All listed prices exclude 15% VAT, which is added when payment is completed.
