--AI Automation Engineer specializing in building production-grade
agentic systems — RAG pipelines, AI Agents, and end-to-end
workflow automation.
Currently a Computer Science student (AI specialization) at
El Saleheya El Gadida University, expected to graduate June 2027,
working alongside my studies as a freelance AI Automation Engineer.
I build real systems that solve real problems, not demos:
- An AI WhatsApp receptionist for medical clinics across Kuwait
and Saudi Arabia that handles Arabic patient conversations and
books appointments end-to-end, with zero manual intervention.
- A RAG chatbot deployed at my university that answers student
inquiries exclusively from official documentation, built on n8n,
Qdrant, and OpenAI — including a full pipeline to clean and index
a previously disorganized knowledge base.
- An AI lead generation pipeline that scrapes, analyzes, and
sends personalized outreach automatically — no templates, every
message tailored to the business it's written for.
I work across both code-first environments (Python, FastAPI,
LangChain) and no-code platforms (n8n, Make), choosing the right
tool for the problem rather than forcing every solution through
the same lens. Every system I build includes centralized error
handling and monitoring, because I've learned that automation
which fails silently is worse than no automation at all.

Rated Freelancer.
