As part of my data analytics journey, I developed an interactive Sales & Profit Analysis Dashboard using Power BI based on the Superstore dataset. What I did: ✅ Performed data cleaning and transformation. ✅ Built an interactive dashboard with dynamic filters for Segment and Region. ✅ Analyzed sales and profit performance across categories, customer segments, states, and time periods. ✅ Designed KPIs to track Total Sales and Total Profit. ✅ Created geographical and trend visualizations to uncover regional performance patterns. Objective: The goal was to transform raw transactional data into actionable business insights that support data-driven decision making. Key Insights: 📈 Technology generated the highest sales performance among product categories. 📍 Sales and profitability varied significantly across regions and states. 👥 Customer segments contributed differently to overall profitability. 📊 Time-series analysis highlighted fluctuations and peak sales periods. Business Value: This dashboard enables decision-makers to: • Monitor business performance in real time. • Identify high-performing categories and regions. • Understand customer segment profitability. • Support strategic planning and resource allocation. Through this project, I strengthened my skills in: Power BI, Data Modeling, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, DAX, and Dashboard Design.
