Introduction: The Abha Hotel project is an architectural venture, designed and supervised by myself. The hotel has gone through numerous concepts and significant changes to meet the highest standards. The design reflects a blend of modernity and local architecture, harmonizing with Abha's culture and landscape. Design Concepts: Ground Level: The ground level includes the reception, lounge, and restaurant, ensuring a welcoming guest experience with an open layout for accessibility. Room Layouts: The hotel offers room sizes ranging from 32m² to 40m², featuring queen beds, desks, minibars, and more, designed for comfort and privacy. Suites: Multiple suites range from 69m² to 132m², including the Royal Suite with separate living and office areas for luxury and business travelers. 3D Visualizations: Detailed 3D renderings provide a visual tour of the hotel's interior spaces and spatial arrangements, enhancing the guest experience. Exterior Design: The modern glass façade stands out, with strategic lighting to create a bold impression both day and night. Major Design Changes: Layout Adjustments: Revisions were made to optimize flow and guest privacy between public and private spaces. Room Configurations: Adjustments in room sizes provide better space utilization and diverse guest offerings. Façade Revisions: The façade was revised multiple times to enhance modernity, durability, and harmony with the surroundings. Structural Enhancements: Modifications to basement and mezzanine levels improved service areas, parking, safety, and accessibility.
